* Time limits for berthing or sailing

Draft permitting, 1 hour before high tide but not later than 1 hour after

* Working hours

Operation: 2 shifts 07H30 – 17H00 and 17H30 – 06H30.

Overtime: Saturday, Sunday, Holidays and normal days as from 18H00

Normal hours (Office hours): 07H30 – 12H00 / 14H30 – 18H00 from Monday to Friday.

* Piloting

Pilot working hours: 24 hours per day

Piloting is compulsory for all ships with LOA aver 60 meters

Request for pilot for berthing, sailing or all other movements in ports is done by Agent during port meetings held as follows:

From Monday to Saturday : 10H00 and 16H00

Sunday and Holidays : 10H00

Pilot cannot be ordered out of port meetings nor directly from vessel

Ships are advised of shifting by a port notice remitted through Agents

* Tugs

1 Seagoing tug of 2 000 HP + 2 Harbour tugs of 800 HP and 1 000 HP

1 Tug is usually supplied for berthing or departure, additional if required is ordered by Agent during port meeting or on pilot request.
